Shipping policy

All Tortellini items are made to order. Because of this, please allow time for production before your order ships.

We currently offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders.

Most orders arrive within about 5–10 business days after purchase, but delivery times can vary slightly depending on production, carrier delays, holidays, or location.

Once your order has shipped, you should receive tracking information by email.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, please contact us at tortellinitheredfoot@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
